At LoomsVilla, we take great care in delivering your products to you. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders.
We generally take between 2-10 working days to deliver your ordered merchandise from the time you place the order on our site. However, in maximum cases, the order is delivered much early.
Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with complete details of your order including order details, tracking number etc. We shall track the order until delivery.
Before dispatching the product, we also do a quality check on the merchandise and then ship the order to the destination.
Our effort will be the fastest and most efficient dispatch & delivery chain is in place to get your orders to you as swiftly as possible from our warehouse.
The goods will be delivered within 3-7 working days from the date of dispatch for all deliveries within India.
Sunday's order will be shipped on the following Monday or the next working day.
Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including festivals, holidays, lockouts, bad weather etc.
Rest assured, in order to provide you with seamless service quality, we promise to do our best to find the causes and resolve the problem in a timely manner.
If any you wish to receive the merchandise on priority may contact us through call/email. We’ll take care of the rest to ensure speedy delivery. Depending upon your location you will receive your order within 2-7 business days.
For our International Customers shipping and handling charges is applicable depending upon the quantity and location. The charges will be calculated at the time of order placement. Some countries charge customs duties for packages whose value crosses a certain limit. These are country specific-charges and are payable by the customer during delivery of the shipment. Return & Refund:
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. We understand that sometimes with some purchase, you may not be fully satisfied and would like to know what can be done in such a situation. We’ve briefed here some situations and what you should do at that time.
We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.

If you are not happy with the purchase you’ve made, No Worries! You have the options.
1. Nothing wrong with the product but you are not too excited upon seeing it: You can exchange the product for another one from our website catalog. Inform us by email within 2 days of receiving the product. Upon receiving confirmation from us, return the product through a registered courier such as India-Post. We will give you a discount coupon code of the price of the returned product which you can then use towards your next purchase. Cost of return postage is to be borne by the customer.
2. Product or package is damaged when you receive it: If during delivery, the package appears damaged or tampered with, first verify the contents against your order. Once verified, accept the package, but write ‘damaged’ on the proof of delivery certificate. This will help us take this up with our courier agency. Inform us by email within 2 days of receiving the damaged product. Try to be clear and precise in your description and attach a picture of the damaged portion with the email. Upon receiving confirmation from us, return the product through a registered courier such as India-Post. We’ll refund you the postage amount to the maximum of Rs 120. You have a choice of either taking a refund for the damaged product or selecting another product from our catalog as a replacement. If you choose to get a replacement, we will give you a discount coupon code of the price of the damaged product which you can then use to purchase the new product.
3. Wrong product received: If you receive a wrong product, incomplete sets, incorrect style or wrong sizes (size other than that ordered), kindly confirm us within two days by email. Upon receiving confirmation from us, return the product through a registered courier such as India-Post. We’ll refund you the postage amount to the maximum of Rs 120. You have a choice of either taking a refund for the wrong product or selecting the correct product / another product from our catalog as a replacement. If you choose to get a replacement, we will give you a discount coupon code of the price of the damaged product which you can then use to purchase the new product.
We request you to securely pack the product that you are returning to us.
Return Intimation: You can either call our Support Number +91 833-100-100-2 or Email us at email@example.com. The details of the return (order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and the reason for return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.
Guidelines for a valid return: Product & Accessories, if any, should be in original condition, tags should be retained and returned.
PS: Our products are hand crafted and there might be slight irregularities which cannot be considered as a defect. In fact, these add to the unique charm of this exquisite product.
· Products that have been tampered with, opened and/or used cannot be returned.
Once your return has been authorized, we'd be happy to process your refund. If you'd like to receive the amount back (in eligible cases) to the same payment mode that you used to place the order, we will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.
The entire process takes about 7-10 business days. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways. Thank you for co-operation and patience.
